Proof of Renters Insurance (Tierra Palms Apartments must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy.

The staff is professional, and Amy (the property manager) is wonderful. I've never lived in a place with a more prompt response to maintenance requests. Every maintenance request I've raised has been addressed and fixed within 2 days. I'm a very happy tenant and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat."
